About
Sigma Chi is a brotherhood with roots in the collegiate experience that fosters a lifelong commitment among its members. While Sigma Chi’s core values are Friendship, Justice, and Learning, our vision is to be the preeminent leadership and character development brotherhood, benefitting our members on campus and in their future endeavors. Our mission is to develop values-based leaders committed to the betterment of character, campus, and community. In the pursuit of these high ideals, the Sigma Chi Fraternity is able to offer tremendous value in augmenting the collegiate experience and supporting the lifelong journey of each of its members.
Typical events & activities
Derby Days: Our annual week-long philanthropy celebration with all nine Panhellenic sororities
Social events: Hosted multiple times a week at our chapter house or one of 4 satellite houses
Formal: Annual weekend trip for brothers and dates outside of Davis
Leadership opportunities hosted by the National Sigma Chi Headquarters

How to get involved
Following IFC recruitment guidelines, we hold events at the beginning of the Fall and Winter Quarters. Outside of that period, our recruitment chair, Palmer [email protected], is available to assist with any questions or concerns.
