Strive to support neurodiverse students and to raise awareness about mental disabilities.
Project MindConnect is an organization that strives to act as a social support system for students dealing with mental disabilities. In collaboration with the Social and Cognitive Learning Center (SCLC) in Davis, we conduct academic and recreational workshops with the students, such as teaching music, basic life skills training, and hosting social events. Furthermore, we aim to reduce stigma and help raise awareness surrounding different mental disabilities by hosting keynote speakers and educational seminars.
