HOPE at Davis is a student-run organization founded in 2009 that focuses on supporting unhoused individuals in the Davis community through direct outreach, resources, and advocacy. We provide services like free haircuts, first aid kits, laundry services, and meals, as well as a showers program, aiming to address immediate needs and foster connections with those experiencing homelessness. We also take part in educating the campus and local community to reduce stigma and build awareness around homelessness, working closely with local partners to offer comprehensive support. We strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment for unhoused individuals while empowering students to engage in meaningful community service and advocacy.
