FIC has operated since 2007 on a few simple beliefs: our members should be able to find a place where their passion and curiosity for finance can thrive, exceptional people drive disproportionate outcomes, and when we win—we win together.\nWe have grown exponentially over the last two decades and currently with fifty members who come from a diverse array of backgrounds. All of us share a deep-rooted passion, curiosity and love for finance.\nWe leverage our alumni community of 275+ bankers, consultants, investors, engineers, entrepreneurs and more to support us in our mission. Through advice, mentorship, and career opportunity, they provide a foundation for members to start or accelerate a meaningful career.\nOur culture is rooted in excellence, collaboration, passion, and humility.
