Davis Women in Business (DWIB) is dedicated to empowering women and nonbinary individuals to accomplishing their professional goals and fostering life-long connections. Founded in 2016, DWIB is open to students of all majors and backgrounds. Through our core values of friendship, diversity, and empowerment, we create a supportive environment for women to reach new heights and develop professional skills. With a focus on holistic development, DWIB provides opportunities in career development, community building, and industry networking. We embrace the blend of different backgrounds, experiences, ambitions, and perspectives that our community brings to the table. And most importantly, we challenge our members to embrace their talents, amplify each other's voices, and lead today.

How to get involved

DWIB is recruits for both General and Board Associates at the start of Fall and Winter quarter, and in Spring quarter as needed. Follow us on Instagram @daviswomeninbusiness to learn more about our recruitment schedule and application details. Applicants are offered the opportunity to join the DWIB community, general meetings are held every other Monday, as well as weekly workshops, socials, and volunteer opportunities.
