About
Ascend is one of the largest business professional membership organizations and we strive to help all students develop and elevate their professional and leadership skills. We offer many opportunities to build connections and relationships with those in the business and finance field. We hope that students will be able to build meaningful connections with professionals to boost their careers.
Typical events & activities
speaker events (professionals from different companies come to tell their story about themselves and their company)
company tours (visit professional companies to get a sense of the ins and outs of certain companies)
networking events (professionals from all different companies come together in one big networking event where students can meet them and build connections)
professional development workshops (events to help build your professional skills including resume and interview workshops)

How to get involved
every quarter we have general and committee member applications that usually open near the beginning of each quarter. Applying to either one is a great way to get involved in Ascend and see what we're about.
